YouTube Anyone else having trouble logging into YouTube on PC?

I can log in to my Google stuff, like YouTube and Gmail, just fine on my phone, but for some reason, on my laptop, I can't go to either of those. Gmail says "This page isn't working", and YouTube's all like, "Oops, something went wrong". I don't get why it works just fine on my phone, but not on my laptop.
