CONFUSED ABOUT CRYPTO

i am a bit confused about crypto mining but at the same time very interested in it.
first of all what kind of a gpu is required for the mining (is this ok-gigabyte NVidia GV-N710D3-2GL) and i have an AIO so i shuld setup an external gpu is it?
finally what am i to loose if i start mining. is there any losses that come with it.

Not sure if that GPU would work or not but a lot of the Nvidia ones do work, give it a test and see

There are no losses except for electricity cost, although don't expect a huge amount of money either

This thread explains a lot about cryptocurrencies as a whole. What you lose is electricity, it's like running a very resource-intensive game for a while. To find out whether you can use this specific GPU for the Miner, benchmark with it.
