Solved Eligible for Earning and YouTube URL

Hello! I have two questions. First, I have problems with the eligible sign in my monetization. Why isn't it "Enabled"? How does this affect my earnings?

Also, I tried changing my custom URL. It was successful at first but then it reverted to the old URL YouTube support has not been too helpful. Is there any way we can get help from Freedom's end? Thank you very much.

Hello mate! if you want to enable your monetization simply go here https://www.youtube.com/features and you should see a button that reads "Enable" if that does not work try going here https://www.youtube.com/advanced_settings and see if "Allow advertisements to be displayed alongside my videos" is selected if not select it.
