Please be sure that you have entered the correct paypal email address onto the Freedom dashboard, as any incorrect spellings can delay your payment, also be sure to check PayPal itself, as if this is the first payment you have got from Freedom you may need to accept the payment when you log in - as they can hold this 'pending'.
On top of that are you using the normal payment method or using the advanced payment option? Also is the payment showing as pending or paid on your Freedom dashboard?
