is it compulsory, I must monetize with Google Adsense? I mean I want to join Freedom, but it asks me you must have at least 5000 subscribers and 100000 watch time in the last 30 days. I meet these criteria but my channel is not approved/monetize with Google AdSense? and one more question is it necessary that i should make an account with the original email id I make freedom account with different id?

Yes, you will need monetization through AdSense enabled to join Freedom!. Once you are in the network it will no longer be used and your revenue will go to Freedom! instead of AdSense. What email you use doesn't matter as long as it's created in the right Google account.
and I meet all criteria for google Adsense i just applied. if i upload movies can i block a country and how much chances of copyright?
