Go to designbyhumans official site and register (there's a 'open a store' at the top right corner to click on) you'll be approved in 24 hours. Also, you need 1 dollar for paypal verification.

How do you login into the support page??

You have to make a new account as it uses not the same as the Dashboard en Forums. The support has moved to freedom.desk.com
