Honeslty I feel like you should ask your subs and viewers this question.
It is not our decision what you should record but your own.
Since this is your channel you decide what you put on it, you can ask for suggestions or walk along the hype but that will not mean it will succeed.
Best is to play something you like to play, pick a genre you have interest in.

"whatever you want" isn't goin to help you I know. Listen what you are going to want to do is to go to the gaming topic on YouTube and then see what they are playing.
I totally agree with Creative Myth. You should definitely ask your subs on what they think you should feel. Maybe use the poll option as well to give them a choice. Because in the end, they are the ones that are watching the videos and they'll feel good that you asked them for their opinions.
in my opinion thre enough minecraft channels. But GTA Fifa and maybe CoD/Battlefield is always a good decison.
