So i'm in a playstation 4 community and they have information on this question, but some people say that the only reason it's not released yet is because of sony. So, when is it coming out and is the situation with sony true?

Sony said t them that they can not release it in its current state (beta) and they need to finish it before releasing it on the Playstation. Pretty standard stuff.
