    For monetization of videos before I joined wih freedom there were monitized but not getting anything out of it do I have to get rif of monetization so freedom can monetize them.

All revenue earned before the partnership will go to your previous partnership and unfortunately will not go to Freedom!.     Hi NAME IT, joining a network will not automatically grow your channel, this is something that you will have to do. However, a network can provide some useful tools to give you a better insight of your channel and to create content of higher quality.

    As for your revenue, make sure that you're monetizing your videos. Your earnings are calculated according to how many views you get as well as your CPM. If you are experiencing any issues with monetizing, please contact Partnership Support via: http://freedom.support.tm/
