Don't upload too many videos at ones:
Why I say this? Because if you upload too many videos in one go, you might find 1-2 videos will get the views and the others don't get much views.

What I done is make a schedule for your videos.

Know your audience.

I schedule my videos to tie in with USA time zone as I know most of my views come from USA.

At the moment I schedule my videos to go live: Tuesday, Thursday 23:00 GMT+1 / 19:00 EDT and Sunday 19:00 GMT+1 / 13:00 EDT.

I started adding more end cards for my reaction videos and in Apr I can tell that 5 clicks for the end cards.

I don't always have to upload videos daily because of work, that why I schedule them. I schedule to go live at 23:00 weekdays.

I agree man. I just try my best to focus on consistency

I think that video content ,quality and having thousands of subscribers are the main factors for video success. Video uploading time is can not help for video success and this is my experience.
