I like it but the background is too dark and so is the "NZHD" and the twitter icon. Other than that I really like the layout and the design!

Looks neat... A bit too neat to be honest. CalebKitt's got a good idea of it. But in my opinion, a banner art is to express more about your channel, right now, if I were a random user and if I were to look at it, it looks... Plain. So it's kinda like somewhere in between yay and nay for me.
